Your account

Credits and payment

Credits are bought in packs or come with a plan, priced in US dollars through Stripe. Pack credits do not expire; plan credits reset each billing month. Searches use credits whether the sources were free or paid. [Refund policy, taxes, price changes — lawyer to complete.]

Acceptable use

No spam, no harassment, no unlawful targeting, no sending without the opt-out line, no attempt to get around caps, approvals or suppression. You are the sender of the messages you approve. [Consequences, suspension.]

Your content

Support access

Our support staff can act inside your account to help you; every such action is shown in your activity and uses your credits. Support can never approve outreach, connect a mailbox, buy credits or change your login.

Availability and liability
