What we collect from you
- Account: name, email, password (stored hashed), two-factor secret (encrypted), country, languages, time zone.
- What you give us to search with: CVs, documents, answers to the search questions, message kits.
- Mailbox connection: address and an encrypted app password or sign-in token, used only to send what you approve and to read replies.
- Billing: handled by Stripe; we keep the Stripe customer id, invoices and the credit ledger.
- Usage: activity log, sessions (device, time), error reports with personal data removed.
What we collect about other people
Searches gather information that businesses and people published for business contact (company sites, public job and project pages, public directories). Lawful basis: legitimate interests [lawyer to confirm per country]. Every message carries an opt-out; opt-outs are honoured permanently. Public data may be reused across searches.
